The typical custom design project goes through three stages:
Requirements, Development and
Discovery
PanelWorx will work with client's engineering and marketing
teams to discuss all business, technical and operational
requirements of the project.
Engineering and Design
Once a concept is developed, designs are converted to 2D
engineering drawings which are reviewed by the client for
final approval.
Manufacturing
The finalized 2D engineering files are uploaded to our
automated CNC equipment to begin manufacture of the
enclosures. Depending on the complexity, a prototype may be
produced before the final client signoff is granted.
Custom Enhancement Solutions
All standard systems can also be enhanced to better suit
the customer's needs:
- Integration of various peripherals (thermal printers,
card swipes, web cameras, etc.)
- Upgraded components (CPU, hard drives, video card,
connectors, etc.)
- Environmental needs (outdoor, vandal-proof, etc.)
- Custom Mounting (computer/player brackets, wall mounts,
etc.)
